Everything I eat sends me immediately to the bathroom and I "go" but still feel like I could vomit... In April, when I began dieting in earnest, I went to a low calorie ice cream bar. That was okay, except it was so small. Since the three weeks leading up to surgery, I have not had even one small bite of any kind of frozen treat - that would be since early June. I have begun to dream about ice cream!! The last few nights, I have had the most vivid dreams about ice cream cones, shakes, or dishes of ice cream. I AM STRONGER THAN THIS!!!! Today is not a good day at all...I drove over 1000 miles in 24hrs, had a rough start with lack of sleep, a cranky toddler & a busy work day...was weighed this morning weighed 249...doing a double bootcamp because I missed yesterday, my team lost the relay so we had to do 1 min plank & then had to weigh in at bootcamp & they have me at 256...my instructor couldn't understand why I was so upset!
