zuzuspetals 78 Posted August 3, 2013 Anyone drinking Ensure as a Protein supplement? I can't stomach the powders too well anymore and I have been drinking the glucerna hunger smart shakes - 15 grams of protein but 180 calories. The ensure ones have 25 gr, so I was thinking of trying them. Good news is I'm down 52lbs total, 24 since surgery, 5 weeks out. Womp! 4 Weight Warrior, Kristi, hautechic13 and 1 other reacted to this

I use Premier Protein shakes. You can find them at costco, Sam's, and I saw a small pack at Safeway/Tom Thumb - 30g protein only 160cal 5 carbs

WOW101 54 Posted August 3, 2013 Just thought I would share. I have been battling dry skin since surgery. No I'm not dehydrated but my doc told me this is just a side effect. I bought some pure Vitamin e oil and just lather it on after baths. My skin looks and feels amazing!

It has Shea better, elastagin, and vitamin e in it. Seems to be working great so far. 2 Dbanks and Weight Warrior reacted to this
YoColeFleet 246 Posted August 4, 2013 I cleaned out my closet today. I got rid of over a third of it. I'm starting a new job on Monday and I have NOTHING to wear except for a few pants that I had. No shirts tho. I'm going to need to go shopping. I just don't know where to go nor do I want to spend a alot of money to just grow out of it. I'm not a huge fan of old navy and the Macy's and target we have are small. Marshall's and tjmaxx are awful here. I swear we get the stuff nobody wants from the bigger stores. Ugh. What to do? My whine of the day... Lol In my area, we have a high end thitft store, nothing but name brands, if you have one in your area that would be a start, why pay a lot for clothes you will grow out of...check it out. 2 Rhyzell and hautechic13 reacted to this

Baconville 578 Posted August 4, 2013 I'm curious how long did it take before you decided to clean out the old larger clothes? I cleaned mine out last weekend. I was approaching 65 pounds, and there was no way I was going to wear most of it. I especially knew the winter stuff I would never wear again. I have saved totes of smaller clothes as I gained. It is nice to dig them out, and at least have a start - even if many of them are more than 10 years old!! 1 Rhyzell reacted to this
