Ugh my back is killing me today. I've been busy making my cousin's soon to be wife's "bow" for her gift but so far its taken me two days. But just from sitting on my couch my back is a mess. I took some nasty Tylenol liquid but it did nothing. I think I'll walk a couple miles tonight and see if that helps. I'll attach a picture of the bow when I'm done. It beautiful.

I actually just had a couple pieces of steak and mash potato in and no problem ... Yay.... i can't have chicken though or tuna fish it's very weird it gets stuck and feels horrible... I had crabs that went down good and chili soo good!!!

This shows me at my highest (around 305) and now at 231.8.

Ok so I'm promising myself to start a regular exercise routine tomorrow. I've been totally slacking on it and I know I'll lose more if I do. So tomorrow when I wake up I'm going to check this thread and remember that I promised myself to do this. 2 miles or more on the treadmill everyday. No excuses. Plus weights every other day. The only person I'll be letting down if I don't do it is myself.

You can do this! your awesome...think of your goal....you want this!!!

ill think of you this AM on my walk and flow some exercise vibes your way!

I picked up a 10 dollars pedometer at Target to get an idea how much i actually walk a day. found out i walk approx two miles a day at work! this

little device will help me push mysel further every day.

      Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
      1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
