Obeasta 92 Posted June 12, 2013 Hi losers Pleeeaase help me! I am 2 months out and my weightloss has become very slow. Please share with me what you are eating on a daily basis that you know really gives your weightloss a shift in gear? I am very bad with trying to figure out what to eat. Perhaps i eat too little. And tend to eat the same thing over and again. Please share your old faithfulls you come back to again and again and so all of us can get new fresh ideas from each other and give the scale a kick in the butt!
