deaddemmama 474 Posted June 12, 2013 Found a great recipe for turkey sausage ... 1 lb lean ground turkey 1/4 c.bread crumbs 2 t sage 1 t. Each coriander and oregano 1/2 t each paprika., garlic powder and onion powder 1/4 t each: salt, cayenne, black pepper 1/2 c chicken broth Combine all, except broth Add broth until moist buy not mushy Refrigerated for at least 20 minutes Form into eight patties Coat a non stick pan with cooking spray heat over medium - high heat Cook 7 minutes on each side or until browned and center is done I mixed the sausage today ; we'll eat tomorrow!
