My hubby gets all awkward when I cry sometimes cause he's not sure how to comfort me so I just go outside to Water my plants or walk cause I'm usually better after I cry it out. It really is amazing how fast your body changes and how fast you forget things. Looking back in a journal helps me remember how far I have come in this experience.
