I've been stressing out about this. I think this scares me more than any of the physical stuff. Any advice on ideas to cope?

Don't fight it... Cry it out... And know you are not going crazy :-)

I've been stressing out about this. I think this scares me more than any of the physical stuff. Any advice on ideas to cope?

My hubby gets all awkward when I cry sometimes cause he's not sure how to comfort me so I just go outside to Water my plants or walk cause I'm usually better after I cry it out.

Keeping a journal. It really is amazing how fast your body changes and how fast you forget things. Looking back in a journal helps me remember how far I have come in this experience. Just week to week comparing what you can eat and what your body can tolerate. It is amazing.
