deaddemmama 474 Posted June 11, 2013 Went for an hour long walk this morning at 6:30. It was 70 degrees and sunny and the route was filled with peonies and lilacs...heavenly scents. Last year I would have been sitting around inside. I'm so grateful right now...so is my dog. He's really reaping the benefits of my new walking regime. My bypass is pencilled in for the 20th of Aug and I'm so nervous about adjusting to my new life I.e. meds vits etc. What if I fail? Sorry didn't mean to highjack ur post.
