Glad for this topic- just started my period yesterday, my first since surgery 5/1, and it is awful. I have never had such horrible cramps and hip aches. It woke me up overnight, and I have been taking pamprin every 4 hours just to dull the pain. It is awful. I can't wait for this to Iron itself out.

Be careful which Pamprin you are taking. Some of their products have NSAIDs and some don't.

Thanks for the heads up, luckily the one I use is NSAID free. I would be miserable without it right now!

I feel you on that! I've been using my heating pad a lot to ease the cramps. I'm hoping this stops soon.
