I'm on soft and have been eating Beans, Soups, cottage cheese, the laughing cow wedges, sugar free Popsicles, poached egg, SF Jello, SF pudding, blended chicken, blended peas and green beans... CarmenHeartss 0 Posted June 12, 2013 Its sooo hard for me to eat but i try to eat baked chicken or some shrimp mt doctor suggested i stay off of Beans till I'm 2 months post up. Take it slow, eat Soups those have really been helping me although at times I wish I could eat something else. Remember when we couldn't eat anything?? Now we can and it will get better!
