I ju st ordered the sample kit and one tub of unflavored. Since my surgery is next Tuesday I want to have some unflavored powder to add to Jello.< /p>

I asked my nutritionist yesterday if too much Protein is bad and she said too much can take a toll on your kidneys and told me to try not to go over 8oz more than I'm required.

My nutritionist told me the exact same thing.
