I started to eat chicken, tuna, little bits of meat, ground beef, Beans....pretty much anything moist. I am excited and scared to try salad because sometimes I have some pains when something is not so moist. Am down to 203 as of today. Hope by Saturday to be 200lbs, and by end of august be out of the 200's FOREVER!! I have started to exercise normally..some weight lifting and OMG I run the treadmill like I never did before. Am getting tons of compliments...some people tells me I have been bitchy. But hey look at me now...how can you not be bitchy. Am feeling so great that I wished I had done this years ago..but there is always the right time for things. I had some eggs well I war told to only easy a half an egg at a time but it's like heaven! I'm still really tired but walking as much as possible. Glad to hear you're doing so well!
