I am in the same spot I have been 198-199 for two weeks, I hit onederland and stopped losing I get between 700-900 cal a day and 90-110 g Protein. Sometimes my Water intake can be not as much as it should be but, the sudden stoppage has me worried. I work out on my days off (4 days a week and usually burn about 300-400 cal). I can't wait to start losing again. I also am a nurse and I am on my feet for 12 hours when I am working....
