I take Gummy bites..I got them at Walgreens Mine have the 400mcg. Of folate also and I take two a day.. I also use nature's bounty bcomplex liquid Vitamin, Celebrate Iron +c,, and a Calcium +d twice a day chewable caltrate. I'm newer than you so all I know is what the veterans and my Dr. and nut told me...get your Protein and Vitamins, exercise and weight will come off.

B Vitamins are CRITICAL to your mental health, lapsing on B vitamins for too long will have irreversible consequences to your mental capacity. (Per my nurse education class and pre-op educational workshops). I was told that due to malabsorption sublingual B vitamins are the best (they never listed liquid B so I don't know about that - ask your doctor).

My vitamins are only a little different than deaddemmama's Different programs have subtle differences in Vitamin requirements. My multi chewable must say 'complete' in the name - complete means it has Iron. And I have to take chewable calcium citrate w/d three times daily. Calcium cannot be taken within two hours of your multi - if I remember right calcium inhibits iron absorption or visa versa

And as I said above, I take sublingual B (dissolves under the tongue).

You should follow your doctors advice.
