Thank you. No trick at all if anything I'm doing bad cuz I haven't been able to exercise( I injured my knee) I do get my Protein in so that may be what's helping. Honestly I think the body does what it wants

My beginning weight was 279 and surgery I was 271(2/19/13) and I'm still 222 as of 6/10/13
