I may know why for me tho, I'm not having any bowel movements which I'm actually calling my doctor about tomorrow. BBdoodle 483 Posted May 31, 2013 I had a 3 month stall when I was 5 months post op, I freaked as well and rightfully so !!! I got out of my stall by increasing the length of my workouts from 45 minutes to an hour and I went from walking to jogging. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
kristy3k 1,133 Posted May 31, 2013 I think with any stall BBoodle is right... you have to change things up. If you arent logging what you are putting in your mouth you need to. You need to make sure the Protein is where it should be and you need to exercise no matter what.... Just having surgery doesnt ensure weight loss... it is a tool. I know a guy that didnt lose... he was putting pizza spaghetti you name it in a blender and not moving his ass. He drank alcohol like crazy and wondered why he wasnt losing.
