Appt Scheduled with Dr. Dillawn. ANy advice?

Hi All--I'm new to this site and have seen that a few of you have been banded by Dr. Dillawn. My initial appointment is scheduled for next week. What will happen during this first visit? Will i have an examination like a physical? Will he tell me what additional pre-op testing I'll need? I already know that I'll need the full blood work panel, a visit with the nutritionist and a visit with an exercise physiologist; the patient coordinator didn't think i'd need anything else so I don't have any co-morbidities or health issues (besides being fat LOL). Is this the visit that I should ask the 4000 question I have for him or will there be a follow visit before deciding if I'm a good candidate for surgery?

Do you know how long after that it will take to get a surgery date? I'm the world's most impatient person. It took me a long time to decide that getting banded was the best option for me; now that I've made up my mind, I want it done yesterday.
