How many calories

My Nutritionist Plan says about 1100 calories a day. 60-80g Protein, no more than 120 carbs.

I think mine is 1100-1200. Right now I'm to push for 800. I get between 500-800 daily. Rarely do I go over.

I really gotta give up that frozen yogurt. BUT IT'S SO GOOD.
