somaiswhat 29 Posted May 23, 2013 I don't always measure..and I have a hard time with meat. Would rather drink milk then eat a meal. I can do a Perdue simply smart lightly breaded froZen chicken piece, which I think is between 3-4 ounces Original weight 298, Pre Op 273, Current 214.5 GW 160.
