Feel like I'm slipping..sometimes at night I can have two cheese sticks and 2 mini ice cream sandwiches but yet I don't get sick and I'm losing between 3-5 pounds weekly. WTF?!?!

And both of those are slider foods. *I consider cheese as one since it becomes pretty much liquid paste when you chew it*

How much dense Protein can you eat?

I don't always measure..and I have a hard time with meat. Would rather drink milk then eat a meal. I can do a Perdue simply smart lightly breaded froZen chicken piece, which I think is between 3-4 ounces

Not sure actually but I know I ate 3 yesterday and 3 string cheese and I'm tolerating cream!!! Feel like a whale and like I'm just going back to my old ways and I can't stop :****(
