Alexandra39 72 Posted May 22, 2013 What does it feel like? I ate a soft taco at Taco Bell. I've had it before with no problems. About 10 - 15 minutes after I started feeling strange, cold sweat, pressure on my head, shortness of breath...I felt like I was going to faint...I still feel very weak and I have slight pain/pressure in my chest. Can this be dumping? only slight nausea.

You arent really hungry - you dumped. Taco bell = high fat/sugar which is a recipe for dumping (said from the person who hasnt had surgery yet). Feel better!!
