What can you take for PMS?

I will be 4 weeks out tomorrow and have PMS BIG TIME! I have some stuff here but the pills are huge. What have others used/done?

That I'm not to sure about, sorry. But I do have to say during my first period after surgery I was still on liquids and boy did I want sugar or chocolate bad. Horrible experience but I managed to get through it. Good luck!

surgery: April 28th~~~current weight loss 20 pounds

My first one after was the day after my surgery. Didn't bother me too much because I was on the pain meds and slept a lot for a few days. Now I have cramps and my daughter is telling me I'm being such a bitch. I am kinda feeling that way too.
