crmills74 11 Posted May 17, 2013 Omg!! I thought the weight loss was fast. I am about 12lbs heavier since having the surgery on Monday! I know there is supposed to be some Fluid retention but I'm freaking out. How soon do the pounds come off?

kristy3k 1,133 Posted May 17, 2013 Thank goodness I was so out of it after surgery that I didnt have the mind set to even step on the scale otherwise I would have been freaking out too. Follow the program and the weight will come off.
Molly1978 6 Posted June 1, 2013 I have to stay on the scale to keep myself on track. I always gain a few pounds with my period. It's frustrating.
deaddemmama 474 Posted June 1, 2013 For me there's weighing and then there's weighing..the first two weeks I lived on the scale.crazy obsessive and no way to live my life.now I weigh on Tuesday's and Fridays and I try not to compare...I did this to change my life and become free. I'm just trying to go with the flow.
terry1118 1,274 Posted June 1, 2013 I have to stay on the scale to keep myself on track. I always gain a few pounds with my period. It's frustrating. My surgery was Thursday. They put me on the scale when I took my first walk and I was up 13 lbs. Thank goodness some of you have talked about that here so I was not surprised. I'm going to stay off the scale for a week. terry1118 1,274 Posted June 1, 2013 Also, I'm so bloated! I feel like a blimp. My fingers look like fat sausages, my ankles and knees are swollen, and I look like I'm pregnant. Can't wait for that to go down!!!!
