Its official boob job here I come :)

Recommended Posts

I found the best surgeon ever had to do my homework as I didn't want to be butcher. I'm having a boob job using my own body fat which I do wish I was a little fat now. I can only do my boobs now due to the fact that I'm very thin. So in a few months like August I'm going under the knife. D cup here I go. I was thinking C cup cuz I'm tiny now but hubby wants me back to a D since that's where I started. Hey I'm used to big boobs no problem :) the fat I do have can fill my boobs but not my butt smh it's ok. Soon no more deflated saggy boobs. Wish I could show you the results but Alex wants the group to be pg13 I respect that plus this isn't porno. Don't think hubby wants me flashing ppl anyway lmbo

My surgeon accepts monthly payments & however way I want to pay for the rest of my other surgeries but he needs me to gain some weight. I don't have enough body fat to use it on my butt. I basically have saggy skin which isn't fat. I have a little belly fat but not enough so before I get the other surgeries done which will be for August of 2014 I have to put on weight. No matter where I put the weight in belly arms where ever he will suck it out & put it on my butt.

Of course I will keep you inform. I wasn't afraid when having 3 csections or WLS but now I'm a little nervous to have my D cup back lmbo and most likely it will be the easiest fastest surgery.

Is your insurance paying or it's out of pocket? My insurance won't pay for my boobs...:(

I'm paying 5,500 out of pocket. My ins only covers WLS not plastic surgery :(

My insurance pays for certain plastics but you have to have a need for it.

My insurance pays for certain plastics but you have to have a need for it.

Medically needed bad rash & such my ins cover but remember I started at 211 pounds. My skin is not to that point that I'm going to develop a rash to qualify for my ins to pay for plastic surgery. I have saggy hanging skin but its to my eyes looks horrible everyone else I show says my arms look fine. In my eyes it's not fine that's why I'm getting it fix only so when summer comes I can show my arms instead of hiding them. I want to wear real shirts not Capri all my life. Bikini not one peace bathing suit. Lingerie with my perky boobs. Tight jeans with added curves. I want to feel & look sexy so I'm paying for what I want.

I wanna take a nice shower dry up put on my lingerie having my new perky boobs flat tummy nice round butt nice arms& look good all over. I'm planning on dealing with this acne issue & do bleach whitening hair extension lip lining. It's not over I have a lot of work to do with out ruining the summer for my kids. Oh about 2 spider vein removable.

Whoa that's a lot! Lol but I'm in the same boat...I want my arms done ASAP then boobs, tummy, thighs, my butt , acid peel for my acne scars, and fix my upper eyelids. I've got a lot of saving up to do! :(

Question for anyone, how did you get your mind right before surgery? Like as far as eating better foods and just doing better in general? I'm having a really hard time with this. Any help is appreciated 🙏❤️

I had about 6 months between deciding to do surgery and getting scheduled. I came across the book The Pound of Cure by Dr. Matthew Weiner, a bariatric surgeon in Arizona, and started to implement some of the changes he recommended (and lost 13 lbs in the process without ever feeling deprived). The book is very simple, and the focus is on whole, plant based foods, but within reason. It's not an all or nothing approach, or going vegan or something, but focuses on improvement and aiming for getting it right 80-90% of the time. His suggestions are divided into 12 sections that you can tackle over time, perhaps one per month for a year if a person is just trying to improve nutrition and build good habits. They range from things like cutting out artificial sweetener or eating more beans to eating a pound of vegetables per day. I found it really effective pre-surgery and it's an eating style I will be working to get back to as I am further out from surgery and have more capacity. Small changes you can sustain will do the most for building good habits for life.

That sounds awesome. I'll have to check that out thanks!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
