canned chicken, canned tuna, anything put in the food processor to "spread consistency" and any fish you can squish with a fork.

No, I don't think so. To rubbery. I guess you could grind them up. That would be gross though.

Turkey/chicken lunchmeat is on my list. I have been having that with some string cheese for lunch.< /p>

tilapia is a good choice. There is a recipe on spark that is a broiled parmesian tilapia that is really good.

Can you put foods in a blender? Also eggs are high Protein too.

Shrimp has been great for me...I buy them already steamed from the grocery store and add old bay seasoning. The go down really easy. My Nut. suggested this to me.

Shrimp will get stuck well it did to me :( tilapia fish is great & soft

i am eating shrimp as i am reading this! haha! it has been working great for me. just ensure that you chew chew chew. nice and solid Protein.

i have found it working MUCH better for me than chicken.

and i don't put in the blender. i just eat it slowly and chew it to a porridge consistency before going down.
