Obeasta 92 Posted May 13, 2013 i am eating shrimp as i am reading this! haha! it has been working great for me. just ensure that you chew chew chew. nice and solid Protein. i have found it working MUCH better for me than chicken. and i don't put in the blender. i just eat it slowly and chew it to a porridge consistency before going down.
