bjroberts417 102 Posted May 10, 2013 Hi everyone. I'm probably being neurotic, so forgive me. I know that everyone is different, and we will all lose weight differently, but is there anyone who is post-op that has similar starting stats as I do that wouldn't mind sharing your weight loss milestones? For instance, how much in first month, second, first year, etc. Thanks!
music1618 879 Posted May 10, 2013 I am 5'4 and started out at 256. I lost about 25-30 the first month. At this time I am down 115 lbs and It has been 11 months. I have gone from a size 22 to a 6 - although I might be in a 4 now. Shirts size was a 2xl and I now fit into a s/m. Hope it helps.

That is when I lost the most inches and in my opinion that was more important than the scale.

music1618 879 Posted May 10, 2013 Well I can say this - if you stress about it then you will unknowingly hold onto weight. Follow you docs instructions and start working out as soon as you can. Don't get discouraged when the scale does not move because you will be losing your inches! Keep your goal in mind and have fun achieving it! The sky is the limit!!!
