kailie 238 Posted May 6, 2013 Is there anything about GBP that you didn't know before your surgery that wish you would have??
crazedteacher 38 Posted May 6, 2013 I think I was well-informed but a little naive about it all. I didn't realize how different life would be. But I am happy. 1 kraney reacted to this
gra5u5 30 Posted May 6, 2013 I think if I hadn't found this website there would have been ALOT of things I would have wished I had known. But thanks to all who have posted their journeys, there were no surprises for me. 1 Dorian reacted to this

Debbiebydesign 93 Posted May 6, 2013 No real surprises, just a lot of "Ah Ha" moments when something happened and I realized I knew what someone meant, like when I realized I no longer liked pork sausage, it dawned on me that my tastes were changing, which I was told would happen, but didn't believe because it took a few months. snowbunny13 12 Posted May 6, 2013 I wish I had banked my own blood before the surgery. I had to have two units while I was in the hospital and wish I had done this!
