SoccerMomma73 1,867 Posted May 5, 2013 My son had me add Eye of the Tiger because he said it would pump me up but then we are 80s junkies! HW 312, pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight
Nel 189 Posted May 5, 2013 I prefer dubstep and techno to workout...but I do "fat burn" on the elliptical...so it's fast paced. This is my favorite Then again...I drive a charger on 20s with blacked out windows...and a complete system with amp and subwoofers. So dubstep is a huge part of my day. 1 Sparklette reacted to this

Nel 189 Posted May 5, 2013 lol, it's just fast paced. I like stuff with a steady beat I can kind of tune out all BUT the beat. I zone out when I get on the elliptical. Makes it go by quicker
Nel 189 Posted May 5, 2013 and that vid turned out HUGE. I just meant to post the LINK to the vid, not that huge vid itself. Sorry about messing up your thread. :X

mom2lucky (suznc) 81 Posted May 7, 2013 Mother's Finest "Dis Go Dis Way, Dis Go That Way" gets me going when I'm sinking during the middle of cardio. The Groove Line by Heatwave is good and A Little Less Conversation or Viva Las Vegas by Elvis actually have good beats, C+C Music Factory Gonna Make You Sweat works for me as does Nine Inch Nails The Hand That Feeds. Livin' La Vida Loca by Ricky Martin and the 2 LMFAO songs from last year.If you are a GNR fan, Welcome the Jungle is good. Venus by Bananarama + some Lnkn Park and Red Hot Chili Peppers. I can't just name one because it takes having them all on shuffle to get me through a cardio workout. I have about 180 songs on the playlist so I don't get repeats too often. I'm glad you brought this up; I like to hear what others like to listen to.
