TinyMamiOf3kids 1,280 Posted May 5, 2013 I got my body used to eating what I want. I don't eat fried food. I have the hungry feeling. I eat everyday. This is what I do I eat 3 meals per day and have like 3 Snacks the end lmbo. I don't ever want to be fat again. I don't over eat,and I count the calories, and I check the sugar amount. About craving stuff sure... It's not often I guess because my mind is set on plastic surgery for 2014 so I try not to spend on eating out,but if I have a craving for something I know I can make I make it. I can make everything except pizza, and I don't like eating pizza like before anyway so it's easy to say nope. I can't have Pasta it gets stuck.

one day at a time 30 Posted May 5, 2013 I am about 6 month post op and starting to get that feeling of hungry again and craving stuff?!! I was was wondering if anyone else is doing this and how you handle it? I am three months out I get hungry. I crave chocolate. I DO NOT crave carbs. I will eat a high Protein chocolate bar. I eat fruit. I just think healthy. I am in my masters program and research shows when you are using your thinking part of your brain, you crave chocolate.
