kraney 219 Posted May 3, 2013 I was wondering if anyone has tried the egg substitutes that has had problems with real eggs? I get an upset pouch with regular eggs, but wanted to try the substitutes.
kristy3k 1,133 Posted May 4, 2013 I cant hardly do a regular scrambled egg. But I can do crustless quiche using southwest egg beaters just fine. I can also do regular deviled eggs. I think scrambled maybe too dry???? And I dont really care for the consistancy of a soft scramble.

hockeymumzie 181 Posted May 4, 2013 Haven't tried scrambled but ate a fried egg for dinner last night and it went down fine. I don't think i would eat the egg beaters up fast enough. Now the egg beater whites i would, i used to put them in my shakes years ago when i was in shape and lifted weights. kraney 219 Posted May 4, 2013 Thanks ladies I've unfortunately tried fried and scrambled, neither sat well. :/ going to try some nice deviled eggs and see if the moisture helps.

Gibbys Goddess 31 Posted May 9, 2013 I find that the egg whites egg beaters are easier to tolerate.
