chatsmom 22 Posted May 1, 2013 Today is the first day if my 2 week liquid diet. I'm taking it one day at a time. Okay, who am I kidding, taking it one minute at a time. May 15th can't get here soon enough!!!!!
DebbieG 262 Posted May 1, 2013 Your going to do just fine. :-). Did you buy lean cuisines or another brand for the evening meal? I did okay yesterday. The third shake helped at night around 7:00. I am only going to weigh myself once a week however, just jumped on the scale for giggles and oh my, lost 3 pounds since yesterday morning! Oh my! :-) I can do this liquid diet thing ! Lol good luck, keep me posted! Surgery date: May 14, 2013
SoccerMomma73 1,867 Posted May 1, 2013 I thought the first 4-5 days sucked totally....extremely fatigued and irritable, miserable headache, diarrhea from the shakes. I really wasn't fit to be near anyone it does get better though, not easy, but better good luck!!!! Sipped on some pretty nasty hot cappachino Protein Drink with some pretty nasty clumps during Survivor. . Yuck.

You have to boil the Water, pour in a cup, add the powder and stir briskly with a fork until those clumps disappear. It's like a creamy cappuccino! I gave up coffee/caffeine over a month ago to make this preop diet easier. So its a treat for me, lol. Surgery date: May 14, 2013
