bjroberts417 102 Posted June 16, 2013 Yes! Lol go buy some hydrocortisone cream and put it on. Works wonders! The itching means your incisions are healing properly. My doctor said no creams or ointments on my incisions. So maybe you should call first just to make site. Probably depends a lot on the type of dressing. Anyone else having more pain after leaving the hospital?[/quote'] When did you have surgery? I am thinking you may be having gas pains. I had some pretty sharp pains that felt like a knife in my side, and I came to find out that it was gas. It went away about 4-5 days post op. But some people have it longer. Mandee80 27 Posted June 16, 2013 I taken my pain meds everyday until today and I'm on my 6th day post op. and I hurt everyday... Everyone's different. I mean they did after all stick 6 things thru your abdominal wall and re arrange your insides. I thinks it only natural to hurt for a week or so! 1 mzshay35 reacted to this

Texasmike 25 Posted June 16, 2013 I got the same comments about not being large enough. But when I asked people to guess my weight no one was on the money and most were surprised how much I actually weighed.

Texasmike 25 Posted June 16, 2013 The nurses at the hospital called me a light weight since my BMI was lower than 40. I did not get upset since they took fantastic care of me while I was there.

futuremrsparker 288 Posted June 16, 2013 I'm curious as to what people at work will say when I go back tomorrow... Especially the ones that had the same surgery, but gave me he'll for getting it. I'm almost 25lbs down since surgery.
