Hi everyone, I decided to join a forum since I now have a surgery date. June 4th is right around the corner and I'm getting a little nervous now.

Welcome! There's a lot of information and support here! I don't have a surgery date yet but Im hoping it will be within the first two weeks of June as well ;-) Stay positive!
