nathaly 57 Posted April 25, 2013 It depends on what I eat but I've heard it's not uncommon. I use gas x strips when I get gassy! HW 283. SW265. SD 3/22/13! CW 244.
worm2872 635 Posted April 25, 2013 I get it even now at 5 months. Usually after veggies or if I over do it on a bread type product. Gas X is my life saver and papaya enzymes. Make sure you eat slow and chew really well. This is my main problem. I need to stop and think when I eat. 1 nienie reacted to this

pookybear 284 Posted April 25, 2013 I have it now after just a Protein Shake. And I'm at work. I work in a call center, and I'm pretty darn sure the customers can hear it over the phone :-/
katmandu 30 Posted April 25, 2013 Very funny. I have gas all the time. It's embarrassing. I am trying to eliminate foods to see if there is a pattern. I know that some sugar substitutes are to blame for some of the problems. Stevia seems to be the least gassy for me. My Nut said to try a probiotic. I am on my second brand hoping for some relief. I would need to take gas-x all day long. I welcome any suggestions, a cork is not an option.
nienie 113 Posted April 25, 2013 I had gas problems especially as I introduced new items into my diet. I used gas ex and Devrom chewable pills. I still use the devrom as flatulence can be a problem post gastric bypass. I take the Devrom (2 pills) with each meal). My flatulence is much better as is the gas.
