kasey.ritenour 2 Posted April 25, 2013 You will be tired for a little while.. your body just went through major surgery. As well as you aren't eating as much as you used to so your energy levels are done. Just make sure you are taking your Vitamins and trying to get your Protein in. It took me a few weeks to feel normal again, I am 3 months out and I still have days where I am drained. worm2872 635 Posted April 25, 2013 Yes, I agree with Kasey. It took me a while too. I just hit the five month mark and I notice I don't have the stamina I use to for travel. If you can drink them, G2 (low calorie/low sugar) drinks help. I know I would have them periodically bit I only could do about 8 OZ at a time and I diluted them a bit with Water. Propel and Vitiamin water zero help with electrolytes. I think I started to really feel normal at about the month mark. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
