6 Month Check-up

So I had my 6 month check-up today with my surgeon. He said everything looks good and I am doing a great job and to keep it up. I have lost 95 pounds since surgery and feel amazing. I know there are somethings that I still need to work on and get better at but for the most part I think 95 pounds in 6 months is awesome. I am an active person now working out 3 to 6 times a week including hiking almost every weekend. I can't wait to get this last 80 pounds off so I can feel even more amazing. Thank you to all of you that have supported me and made me feel so loved and cared for. Great job!! You look amazing. I hope I look half as good as you do when I'm 6 months out. I'm only 2 weeks out but down 11 lbs and two sizes. Keep up the hard work!!

Oh I am so glad to hear you had your surgery!!! Everything going ok so far?? I would be ok but feel like a walking hypochondriac lol. Had 2 stricture procedures and gallbladder surgery now this hysterectomy. I don't get on mfp anymore right now.
