alc1071 43 Posted April 24, 2013 Have you tried baked ricotta? Or crustless quiche? I've made both and they were good. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2438931 http://www.froedtert.com/SpecialtyAreas/BariatricSurgeryProgram/Recipes/CheesyCrustlessQuiche.htm 2 elli'smommy and LootSnarb reacted to this

I'd love to try making it !
deaddemmama 474 Posted May 23, 2013 Ive just started soft foods and am really treating myself...I was a chef and I'm a foodie. I'm tolerating all sorts of food really well so I've already treated myself to lump crab cake and sea scallop seared with two small bacon pieces (discarded) and served with steamed brocoli. I figure that I'm eating so little that I'm not going to skimpy on quality ingredients. Of course I only eat three bites but they count!

deaddemmama 474 Posted May 23, 2013 4 fresh tilapia filets...marinate for 15 minutes with. 2 Tbls lemon juice.fresh cracked black pepper and leaves from two sprigs of lemon thyme ( you can buy this at home and garden stores this spring). Turn filets 1/2 way through marinade. Broil about 4 minutes a side or until flaky. Delicious with steamed green been tossed with toasted slivered almonds..these may be sprinkled with lemon also.
