I'm 4weeks out from surgery and I would say that since the 2 week mark to present I'm having trouble sleeping. I am a stomach sleeper and not able to sleep on my stomach yet. I have a body pillow which isn't helping and a bunch of pillows on my bed. No Go :(. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get a good nights sleep ?

It not unusual to have difficulty sleeping after surgery. Many times the side effect of the anesthesia can cause insomnia or difficulty staying asleep... Not to mention the incisions.

It will get better.... Sometimes it just takes time... Everyone reacts differently.

I'm having the same problem!! I too am a stomach sleeper and even with all my pillows I can't get comfortable enough to sleep through the night. Since I stopped taking pain pills I can't sleep!! I keep trying but I'm still too sore! Hope it's not much longer!!
