I get the dannon light and fit Greek yogurt. 80 cals. 12 g of Protein in 5.3 oz

Egg drop Soup is awesome. Tofu is a good source too. And try some fish as well.

Yoplait Greek 100 is 10-13 gms depending on the flavor; Dannon Greek light 'n fit is 12 grams; Chobani is good in Protein but the sugar is too high for me. Most are 16-18 gms of sugar except for the plain (blue container). Yoplait and Dannon are less than 9 gms sugar.

Almonds and peanuts are good Protein for an ounce but the calories are high. The almonds are healthier than the peanuts; the fat is a good fat. I use almonds a few days a week for an afternoon snack. They tide me over until supper.
