sumlike2h8 0 Posted February 15, 2007 At week 3 what types of chicken were people able to eat? Could you eat tenders with bredding? Rotissirie chicken without the skin? Boneless skinless chicken breasts? Buffalo wings?? Please let me know because I'm sick of blending everything in my food processor. Thanks!
maudeispam 2 Posted February 15, 2007 I have never been able to eat chicken since banding. No matter how it is prepared, I just can't eat chicken. Everything else goes down well.
Iluvharleys 15 Posted February 15, 2007 I can eat the dark meat of chicken better than the breast. I eat all kinds of meat w/o any problems. Just make sure you chew it up good!
sherilynn 1 Posted February 17, 2007 I took a bunch of thighs, put them in a pot, covered them with Water, some onion, carrots and whole celery - boiled for a few hours. The stewed thighs were PERFECT!!! And it's a kick ass Soup on top of it all!
Ollie 0 Posted February 17, 2007 I have a hard time with chicken since the band as well. If I cut it up small and add it to some Soup for extra Protein, then it goes down a little easier but a roast chicken, isn't easy.
