Thanks for sharing! What did you do When you reached a stall? Did u ever have to work out more than 30 mins? How many calories did you intake?

I didn't count calories. I would stall for weeks but stay persistent with your workout because the scale didn't move but I was losing inches.

My workout was at least 30 minutes that was cardio, but maybe a few extra minutes doing sit ups and my arms.. but I mainly focus on cardio.
