I need a buddy too. However, I am just a newbie, I start my six month diet for the insurance company next week. That's when I have my first official appointment with the doctor and dietitian. I am nervous not knowing what to expect.

U will do fine. I didny have to do a 6month diet. However I had to go to a nutritional class and then meet with the dietician once one on one. Then I had to have a psychological evaluation.

i saw PT IT WAS SIMPLE THEN I SAW DIETIAN I ALREADY KNEW EVERYTHING SO SHE DIDNT NEED TO SEE ME ANYMORE AND THE PYSCH /EVAL SHE JUST ASK A FEW ??? AND THE I HAD TO GET ON COMPUTER AND ANSWER 600?? THEY WERE SIMPLE SAME ??? JUST REWORDING THEM I GO SEE MY SURGEON MAY 21 HOPEFULLY HE HAVE A DATE FOR ME MY INSURANCE SAID I HAD TO DO A 6 MONTH DIET WITH MY PRIMARY DOC BUT I HAVE BEEN SEEING HER A YEAR ABOUT MY WIEGHT AND SHE JUST FILLED OUT MY 6 MONTH FROM WHEN I STARTED IM HAPPY ITS MOVING QUICK HAD EKG,BLOODWORK DONE IM READY
