I had my surgery on feb.13,2013 and i was really afraid because i didnt know how things would turn out. Now that its over im glad i did this. I feel like this is goin to help me stay healthy and on track. Sometimes ido feel alone but then i come here to read all ur success stories and it helps me realize im not the only one. Rite now my cw is 288. My hw 327 so i have lost a total of 40 pounds, my goal is to reach 170-180. I have a long ways to go but im not goin to give up. I do it all for myself and my two kids:-)

Stay focused and try not to get discouraged. Reach out when u need help. Hang in and stay positive.

We started at almost the same weight. I have lost 185 lbs. surgery was feb 21st 2011. It can be done!!!
