I'm only 8 weeks post op and there are so many things that I have noticed like, the ability and desire to use the stairs instead of the elevator. I got down on the floor and played with my granddaughters for the first time last weekend. I have to use a belt again to keep my pants on. I love to take selfies in front of the mirror and compare it to where I started. I weigh every morning because it motivates me.i get excited when I get out of bed because I get to weigh. I too can use a booth at a restaurant now instead of a table. So many things are much easier to d now.i can't wait to see what else will improve as the weight comes off.
