jaye1464 70 Posted May 27, 2013 I was a 44DDD' date=' and wish they wouldn't leave so quickly! I really miss them and don't know how I'm feeling about going down to a C cup right now. A coworker just gave me a huge box of clothing and she said to get some sports bras for the transition, they're more comfortable. I don't have any regrets, I just wish I had more warning![/quote']

Remember - cup size is a measure in relation to band size. If you go from a 44DDD to a 38 C, you may still "stick out" so to speak as much as you did before, just from a smaller torso. Nicole K 352 Posted May 28, 2013 So I went back to the gym for the first time today since surgery. It felt so good... I don't know if I can type this out and explain it well but here goes. Before surgery there was this machine that you sit in and it works your thighs you spread out your thighs as much as you can and squeeze them back together. Well... When the trainer first had me do this machine I cried because I was so fat I could hardly fit I this machine nd to do the exercise I ha to actually sit in the chair and hold my stomach out of he way to get my legs to be able to squeeze together...' date=' well the good news I sat my butt right in that machine today and doing the excessive when it hit me all of a sudden my stomach wasn't in the way I didn't have to hold it in with my hands I almost cried!!!!! Lol it was a good time hahaha HW 343 SW 322 4/23/13 goal 170[/quote'] Awesome news my friend! Congrats!!!

anm1063 24 Posted May 29, 2013 Here's a silly one, my ankles have stopped making the "popping" noise when I walk. That was seriously annoying/embarrassing! 2 Cecilia and jaye1464 reacted to this

Cecilia 201 Posted June 2, 2013 Okay, I'm trying to stay positive even though my dumb thyroid issues brought my weight loss to a crashing halt last month. On the plus side, I've been gardening, and I have to keep reminding myself that I can crouch. There is no huge stomach in the way, and my legs feel good. That is, I don't lose circulation in my feet when I bend my knees, LOL! It's so nice! 1 sunshine413 reacted to this
SoccerMomma73 1,867 Posted June 2, 2013 I squat so much better!!! Never realized how much the extra padding in my legs interfered . Cecilia, the bra web site was mind boggling!!! I'm going bra shopping tomorrow, curious to see what fits. HW 312, pre-op (RNY) 255, current weight 213.2 1 one day at a time reacted to this

She's the one who turned me on to it. I started with just one page, and two hours later I had read the entire website. LOL!
lrnettles 18 Posted June 5, 2013 I went shopping Today in my storage unit and found clothes I thought I would never wear again. Some of them fit and the others were too big! 3 cookier224, shyanne and momlambert reacted to this
