foods cooked in oil

Recommended Posts

I think it depends on how much. Baked and fried with cooking spray is best. If you mean deep fried, in moderation. Maybe. It really depends on how your body handles it. I have a best friend that is 6 years out. She eats corn chips and guacamole all the time. She also eats lots of bread and fried shrimp. She's also gained back 50 pounds. So.

I'll tell a what my surgeon told me, everything in moderation. Base your diet around lean Protein and healthy carbs (yes we get Pasta and bread) with fresh fruits and vegetables...and you'll do fine. Avoid sweets and fried fatty foods but IF you can tolerate em, they are okay once in a while.....

If it helps....oil and grease won't cause you to stretch, amount will :). Breathe, you'll be great!
