Still on my pureeds nd im a little tired of the cream of chicken soup..

Fat-free refried Beans plain Greek yogurt green packet of sauce from Taco Bell blend it up it's pretty good. Rotisserie chicken thigh no skin a little bit of chicken gravy. Hormel turkey chili a little cheese. Cranberry Jell-O turkey meat dadh of chicken broth. Hope that helps :) I was a sleeve going to a RNY but the pureed food I think are the same :) just want to make sure to add that :)

I really didn't eat a lot myself during that stage. I had zero appetite or desire to eat. I bought a little food chopper thing and would put some chili in there to purée it and melt a lil cheese.... LoL ate a lot of cheese. Get use to chew chew chewing EVERY thing :-D almost a year out and I didn't follow that basic rule and I paid the cost yesterday :-/ owww lol

I was told anything you can mash with fork-

yogurt, cottage cheese, mashed cauliflower and prepare like mashed potato (doesn't have as many carbs), Soups strained made with milk for added Protein, flaky fish, chicken and or tuna in a can with a little miracle whip, eggs- lots of scrambled, string cheese, cooked veggies, cream of rice, cream of wheat, oatmeal, pureed lean meat, unsweetened and soft canned fruit and or veggies, tofu, applesauce, refried Beans mixed with cheese. I also purchased the Atikins bake mix and made low carb pancakes and used sugar free Syrup. Toward the end of my weeks on this diet and did chili used hormel chili and made homemade and just chewed like a mad women

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
