Where is everyone lately??? I must be the only one without a job!

I don't work but have a 2 yr old lol but I've been feeling so much better than I have since having her that I've been doing so much everyday is something lol Yesterday we went to the playground and I finally got the nerve up to try and climb around the playground and go down the slides and I DID IT !!! I FIT !!! I was so happy I cried.. I used to play with my nieces and nephews on the playground and old daycare kids but haven't been ablr to with my only daughter and now I finally can !!!

So my turn for the er. My dr office finally called me back and sent me to the er. Waiting on labs and a us. Just in a lot of pain and having a lot of pressure. No bleeding so that's somewhat more positive but I'm extremely scared.

I'm here!.....in fact' date=' I'm in the hospital with a g-damn bleeding ulcer....passed out last night pooping blood ( sorry ,tmi), then throwing up blood....serious ulcer....not good. Giving me carafate to heal the ulcer...yuk. Hopefully, I can get out if here to get to my neurologist appointment I've been waiting for tomorrow for two months....aaarrrgghh!!! Hopefully that's what the pains were from ...I had it from dehydration when I was prego

Ok wide awake can't sleep all I keep thinking about is that the past month my weight loss has been sooooo slow and what if I don't lose all my weight. ..I don't know why I get so upset over it when sometimes I feel like "wow I've lost so much weight in 5 months" and now I think of how much more I need to lose and think I'm not gonna get there...I'm sorry I know I've said this all before it just really gets to me..am I the only one worried they won't reach their goal? ?

Missed my neurology appt...shoot.needed two transfusions. Had a serious bleed. My blood count went down to 6.5... Normal is 14! My bp is 83/38.....really not good. After the transfusions it went up to 90/57, blood count was almost 9. And they let me go home. This is all from sneaking maybe two cigarettes a week...I thought you had to have H pylori to have ulcers BUT NO! I'm done smoking for good.. I had quit before surgery and started 3 1/12 months after...big mistake!

My doctor from the hospital called to explain and try to get me another appt....they wouldn't even take her call! I need this appt. before they can do my graft revision on the 30th...if they can even do it now....everythings just messed up...
