This week has sucked. Found out my husband of ten years is cheating on me. I cant get on my rny talk app because the fuc**r blocked it.

I havent exercised' date=' slept or aye in 3 days.

I am a wreck.

Men who cheat are spineless wimps. I've been there and leaving is not the easiest thing but right now it's all about you. You either kick his ass and take charge or throw his crap out in the street.

Hey everyone... Question. I am experiencing severe stomach cramps. Feels like my stomach is twisting in knots. Last time I felt this I woke to the pain in the middle of the night and I was hoping it was just gas and Took 2 gas x and it went away by morning. This time I woke again in the middle of the night' date=' did the same and it is still hurting so badly. I took 2 more gas x and it is not getting any better.

Last time I was able to feel the gas bubbles in my stomach feel like they were popping and I would be ale to pass gas, but this time nothing, just the excruciating pain.

What could it be? Has anyone experienced this?

CandiH, Spring, TX_Surgery Date 4/22/13[/quote']

It could be a stomach ulcer or kidney stones both of which I have and the pain is unreal! My surgery date was 4/29/13

Ha. That reminds me. I told my ex he better accept me when I'm large- or he won't have me when I'm sexy. The divorce was final June 10. I was good to my word. I feel better than I have in 20 years.

Went to the nike clearance store today and got some workout shoes. They are so lightweight and I love them! Im gonna start doing my "walk away the pounds" dvd tomorrow. The shots I had on tuesday are working so far. Im gonna start really slow so I dont do any more damage but I feel as long as the pain is lessened I should do alittle something. Maybe the weight will come off quicker then! Hope the pain stays away for awhile' date=' and that I dont "pull" something! LOL!

I'm so sorry. I went through a terrible divorce after 17 years of marriage. We were young(21) when we got married. He cheated and I forgave him, twice. However, he remarried and continued to cheat. He's divorced again. Saw him last weekend because he came to visit our daughter and he just kept starring at me, he really couldn't say anything because he had not seen me since Easter. I've lost over 50 pounds since then! I would say do what is best for you, and take care of yourself, emotionally and financially!

So sorry. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. I know the hurt of that. As my 1st husband cheated on me. You deserve so much more. U are a beautiful woman in and out. I hope he gets run over by the karma train and realize what he's lost.

I have done really well since surgery on 4/30. I'm down to 228 from starting at 320 on January 1st. I walk 4-5 miles a day and push it to 6 miles every once in a while. This is mainly a woman site so I won't be following the threads any longer. I have a great accountability partner, a wife that supports me, and I attend a support group for WLS patients once a month. Good luck to each of you and I pray you reach your WL goals and more importantly your goals in life.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
