We were supposed to get hail like that late yesterday but it missed us. Some places in MT had golf ball size hail yesterday also

I had my first dumping yesterday I was stupid and slipped up I took my girls to mcdonalds I had a drink of orange hi-c and a chicken nugget and some french fries im so dumb

I took my girls to the omaha zoo this past weekend we had a blast I walked so much

Ive never seen hail that big! Hope it didnt do any damage.

I dumped for the first time too. I will definitely be more careful. It was horrible!

Had my epidurals today. He did 6 injections. He did find the nerve on both sides this time! Even with sedation, I couldve sworn like a sailor! Hurt like hell but I am glad he was able to get between the vertebrae on both sides for once. He said my mri showed more slippage and that im to wear my back brace that I have from a year ago to help stop the slippage. It was too small then and now it is too big! They will order a new one so that should be fun to wear; NOT! Hoping for some relief. On a good note, I wore a regular hospital gown today. For once they didnt have fo go get the big one!
