amanda.rodriguez84 18 Posted June 18, 2013 Haven't been on in awhile. I am so frustrated!! I have been stalled for 2 weeks now. I hit a 40 lb loss then BAM!!! Hit a wall and completely stopped!!! CandiH' date=' Spring, TX_Surgery Date 4/22/13[/quote'] I have been the same weight for almost 10 days!
TxDumplin 69 Posted June 18, 2013 I have been at the same weight for a week and stepped on the scale and gained two pounds!!! So sad and depressed today feeling like i did all this for only 20 something pounds!!!... I have a question that maybe someone can help me with. Since our body is in starvation mode for getting less than 1200 calories a day...won't the calories you burn during exercise put you even more into starvation mode? This has really confused me? jaye1464 70 Posted June 19, 2013 I'm ashamed!!! I'm slacking alot since I've went back to work cause the hours and the commute and just so hot I'm having to force myself to keep moving. Nothing like I was just 2 weeks before even. Excuses I know but my fatigue is still kicking my butt. Hope he does some labs tomorrow make sure I'm squared away. Can't believe almost all our April peeps here are about 2 months!! I understand what you mean. I was fine when I was home, had no problems getting the walks in. Once I started back to my regular routine, it is tough to get the exercise in. I work a lot but now it's summer and I can probably manage a better workout schedule. Keep up the good work with your eating, my doctor said its the most important thing, Protein and water!
